Dee has a master’s in collaborative education, an undergraduate degree in Vocational Home Economics and Health and Physical Education with over 40 years of experience of teaching K-12 and college level in public and private settings, and is a certified land and water personal trainer, American Red Cross swim lesson instructor (6 months to 110 year old), plant based nutritionist, health coach and a licensed massage therapist. She is currently teaching Madd Dog Spinning and Water Aerobics at the YMCA in Madison and Southeast Huntsville.
She is an active volunteer in community health and exercise awareness. She leads out in a monthy health support group.
In her free time she enjoys cycling, kayaking, camping and cooking. With a new pursuit in rowing.
